You’re the only thing holding it together.
You built something that matters: a healing arts school with real standards, students in genuine transformation, and a team doing their best. But student questions, course problems, and processes all still depend on you.
I help founder-led certification schools in the healing arts — and adjacent fields — build the systems and student experience that free their founder to lead from vision instead of from the inbox.
Maybe you hired someone to build your courses in Kajabi or Teachable. Maybe you’ve added AI-generated content to keep up. Your marketing is finally creating buzz and more enrollments. From the outside, it looks like a school.
But on the inside:
Here’s what nobody tells you.
This isn’t a “you” problem. Practitioners and expert educators aren’t taught how to run an online learning institute. Every new enrollment without infrastructure in place doesn’t grow your school. It just adds more weight to whatever is already buckling.
And every student who doesn’t complete, doesn’t refer, or asks for a refund is money you already spent to enroll and support them — gone.
I’m not a marketing consultant or a business coach. I’m a learning operations strategist — I look at both how your students experience your program and how your team runs it. For certification schools, the learner side has to meet your certifying body’s standards. The team side has to deliver for your students without running through you first.
Here’s what transformation has looked like for some of my clients:
35%
reduction in support tickets
10,000
member student community
10
online programs launched

I started as a holistic health practitioner and instructor at a well-known online institute. I understood the learner’s experience because I’d lived it. And when I saw the gap between what these schools promised their students and what their teams and systems could actually deliver, I wanted to do something about it.
I spent years inside online holistic health schools doing the work nobody had a title for: building the systems, fixing the workflows, making the student experience actually match the school’s values. Eventually I realized this was its own discipline. So I made it mine.
My work is grounded in formal training most people in this space don’t have: I’m a certified Quality Matters course reviewer, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and I hold graduate certificates in online learning administration and instructional design. I’m completing my MSEd in Instructional Systems Technology at Indiana University Bloomington. I also created the ALIGN Framework™, my own model for diagnosing where learner experience and operational systems are out of sync, because in my experience, they almost always are.
